The selling process is simple:

You let us know what crop your farm will yield and how much you expect.

We contract with you in advance of the growing season so you know before planting that you have a guaranteed sale for your root and storage crops.

We partner with Farm Connex to pick up from your farm and deliver to us, keeping food miles low and your produce as fresh as possible.

We prepare and deliver it to buyers in packaging identified with the name of your farm.

Over 200,000 lbs Produce from Local Farms

In 2025 we have committed to purchasing over 200,000 pounds of produce from local and regional farms.The produce will be processed and distributed to institutional and commercial kitchens, ranging from small local schools and delis to larger colleges, hospitals, and co-op kitchens.

On average, every year we supply over 20,000 pounds of produce to Just Cut that then makes its way into schools and hospitals all over the region. Without CAE we would have no access to these markets and customers. This program provides the farm with a steady, reliable income over the winter. It is also important to our farm that we are accessing customers who would otherwise not be able to source local, fresh ingredients.
